2-D  3-D  discovery class

Projects made from used materials repurposed, reclaimed, reimagined materials.  Bring your imagination and an open mind.

SeaWind RV Wood Shop

For the third year in a row SeaWind RV Wood Shop is open with several exciting projects. The first project is to build and donate 18 infant caskets to the local Kingsville hospital in Kleberg County, Texas.  These are given to families who have lost an infant and need assistance with their final arrangements.

This project is sponsored by the not for profit Threads of Love organization and funded by Riviera Phone Company.

Veterans and volunteers are making the 2019/2020 season even more special by donating their time to build urns for Unaccompanied Veteran's remains and infant caskets.

Last season SeaWind volunteers built 20 urns which were distributed between the 4 Texas veteran's cemeteries. All the urns were used and they requested 30 more again this year.

This season we have a G0-Fund-Me site, https://www.gofundme.com/f/urns-for-homeless-veterans to help fund the purchase of materials, such as cedar to build the urns. Please visit the site and consider making a donation.

Thank you.
