For Pilates you will need a mat and stretchy band. It is a 30 minute class:15 minutes on the mat, which is very good for the legs and hips, then we do 15 minutes with the band. All exercises are done on the floor.
One lady had arthritis really bad. She loved Pilates, it made her feel so much better that she wanted to do it 5 days a week!
The class will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:00 a.m.
